The Rolex Chronograph 4768 was introduced in 1947 and was Rolex’s first antimagnetic triple calendar chronograph. The watch has a 37mm case and manual winding movement with applied dot indexes. It also has three subsidiary dials, outer date ring, and Roman numeral XII.
