The Calibre RMAR1: A Powerhouse of Precision

At the heart of RM 030 lies the Calibre RMAR1, a skeletonized automatic-winding movement with many features, including hours, minutes, seconds, date, winding indicator, and power-reserve indicator. This sophisticated movement, crafted meticulously, provides a power reserve of around 55 hours.

The baseplate and the bridges of the RMAR1 caliber are made of grade 5 titanium, a highly corrosion-resistant and remarkably rigid alloy, ensuring the seamless functioning of the gear train. The alloy, comprising 90% grade 5 titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, is commonly used in the aerospace, aeronautics, and automobile industries due to its exceptional mechanical properties.

The case of the RM 030 requires 86 preparatory operations and is water-resistant to 50 meters. The case is mounted on chassis mounting rubbers and assembled with 20 spline screws in grade 5 titanium.
